Faugères

Tasting
Fine de Faugères is the first Languedoc eau-de-vie to have its production regulated and the only one distilled using the Charentaise method.
The law states that it must be aged in oak barrels for at least 5 years before it can be sold.
We age ours for ten years before putting it on the market.
